Objectives

The objectives we set ourselves were: 1. Learn through direct observation and subsequently apply good practices in the use of ICT in the classroom. 2. Use the TAC as a learning vehicle for our students through the implementation of the creation of specific activities and methodologies. 3. Make responsible use by students of new technologies and digital tools to achieve their empowerment and improve their participation in society, thus reaching the end of TEP. 4. Investigate about educational models where families are integrated as the main agent of educational change. 6. Observe and design a series of successful methodological strategies in the implementation of Bilingualism in our center, creating a bilingual content itinerary, including the results and agreements in our Educational Project. 7.Receive information and training on how to integrate activities related to the environment, achieving a more sustainable school, making the most of available resources.

Background

In 2019 when we requested this project, the CEIP GULIENA was a newly created Bilingual center (2016) that is located in a town 25 km from Seville. Due to this geographical situation and due to the social history of the town, we were faced with an eminently rural community with little professional mobility outside the province and little knowledge and contact with European and international realities. For all this, we made a SWOT report observing our weaknesses and strengths and what the Erasmus+ project could contribute to our center. Among these weaknesses and strengths we find the bases and pillars of the needs that we wanted to address, highlighting: -Our center was newly created and needed to strengthen programs that offered impact opportunities to the entire educational community. -The rural environment in which we find ourselves made knowledge of other international realities necessary and essential. -The Bilingualism of our center was not giving the expected results and the students were unmotivated in learning a second language. For all these reasons we requested this project where we advocated solving the challenges of the 21st century.
