Objectives

The objectives we would like to achieve are the following: 1. Discover new ways of relationship with families (communication, involvement, cooperation...) 2. Know active methodologies that respond to the diversity of students. 3. Discover different techniques for inclusion and thus improve the climate of coexistence in the educational center. 4. Know different strategies to optimize cultural diversity.

Background

The reality that surrounds our center is one of the main reasons why we are motivated to apply for this Erasmus project. It has a total of 332 students of 19 different nationalities, 82% of whom have educational compensation needs. The CEIP Lope de Vega is a center with a team of driving teachers that is characterized by being transformative and always looking for the best for their students, trying to compensate for inequalities. For this reason, from the very first Erasmus project we have believed in the need to internationalize our center with more Erasmus projects. This type of project gives us the possibility of transforming our classrooms, our teachers, our students and families. Erasmus offers opportunities to open the mind to Europe to all educational centers, in our case it is also a responsibility for the teaching team since otherwise our students will not have the opportunity to be part of them, we have the moral duty to compensate for their sociocultural contexts.
