In carrying out this project, we wanted to meet a number of training needs that had been recognised in order to achieve an inclusive, co-educational and egalitarian school. In order to meet these needs, we wanted to achieve the following objectives: - To recognise the need for training to complement teachers' linguistic competences, especially in foreign languages. - To complement the methodological training of teachers, going deeper into the enormous possibilities offered by new technologies. - To take advantage of the observation of other teaching professionals to incorporate elements of their methodology in teaching us in our classes. - To promote interest in studying the educational system of another country in order to compare it with the Spanish Educational System. - To create awareness and concern among the members of our educational community to increase the extension of our educational centre and make it reach other cities and other countries. - To learn how to implement and incorporate the use of technology in our classes from a global approach.
We agreed the following objectives according to the need of receiving educational training in our school: internationalization, diffusion and taking advantage of the results of the project. We achieve this, creating new materials, thanks to multilingualism and the increased in digital learning and protection of participants. We want to be international and the best way to achieve it is by taking advantage of the opportunities of the Erasmus+ Programme. We were looking for the modernisation of contents in teaching practice through the integration of ICT. Once the project will end in November 2022, with the help of the Management Team and the teachers who did the mobilities, we started a process of renewal in our school, which is intended to continue in the coming years. We have requested this project because our strategic development plan places special emphasis on the desirability of completing and improving the didactic and pedagogical training of our teachers, as well as the progressive incorporation of new technologies in the methodological processes. We could not continue doing the same thing, we need to bet for internationalization and modernize our center.
