With this project we were willing to achieve the following main objectives:review and improve the materials for cooperative work and projects, provide teachers with confidence in the development of cooperative work and projects, and consolidate and strengthen the methodological change of the center. In addition, these more specific objectives were also sought: learning from others and their ways of doing things, expanding our knowledge in relation to teamwork and cooperative work, opening our minds towards Europe, its possibilities and its projects and creating new links for our students. . Therefore, this type of project in particular, Job Shadowing (learning through observation), gave us the opportunity to learn more about the center that would host us, create links with its teachers and, perhaps, be able to create connections among our students in the future. and generate other types of Erasmus opportunities for them.
This project was requested in order to acquire a lot of useful knowledge for the development and innovation in our cooperative methodology and work by projects, in addition to also having the opportunity to open ourselves to work with professionals from other countries, to share concerns with professors from other centers of all of Europe and to motivate us to continue working on what we believe in for our students. Therefore, we saw the need to request this Primavera Campclar 2 project because once we had received training with a previous Erasmus project, now we needed to see more of a school reality, and of course, continue putting into practice all the newly acquired knowledge. . Learning through job shadowings, allowed us to go a step further, and learn through observation of the way of proceeding, innovative methodologies and projects in other European educational centers, whose teachers we met in a previous Erasmus project and with whom we were able to share concerns for the improvement of our respective educational center projects.
