To keep improving in terms of multilingualism as this the most important hallmark of our school. Teaching several languages and ensuring that students achieve very good linguistic competence (C1 level in at least two languages) is our key strategic objective, as well as the reason why many parents choose us for their children. By improving the linguistic competence in foreign languages of teachers (French and English) and other competences in other areas such as attention to diversity, active methodologies and successful teaching and learning systems, in addition to promoting cultural and social openness by working with other European countries and other European citizens will surely result in an improvement of our teaching practices and therefore our students’ learning and results.
To enhance the innovative character of the school and continue to be a pioneer in multilingualism and high-quality education (both of which are specific objectives of the school’s 2025 strategic plan), we need to work on different aspects which include linguistic competence, active methodologies, attention to diversity, school management, internationalization and innovation. We need to make a qualitative leap in the training of our staff and believe that by taking part in teacher training in other countries we will not only achieve content learning, but also the development of other fundamental skills which will result in improved teaching practice and excellent results.
