Objectives

The objectives set for our project were the following: - The assimilation of proven and successful teaching methodologies in dealing with immigrant students, coming from socially disadvantaged groups, with educational support needs (ACNEAE) or with high abilities. - Knowledge and updating in the use of ICT resources for dealing with these students and with multilevel response groups - The adoption of motivating methodologies in the learning of common subjects with different levels in the same group and especially for attention to diversity.

Background

Given the characteristics of our center, in which students study in DIVERSIFICATION and FPB programs, and in which we have more and more students with high abilities, we consider that the preparation of teachers requires training that can be responded to from the projects of the Erasmus + program and more specifically from the key action KA-101. In addition, the staff of the center has a clear interest in internationalization, teachers participate in activities that promote contacts with other countries, expanding their linguistic and digital competence, as well as acquiring new methodologies to teach students with specific needs. In this context, the needs raised for our project were the following: - The assimilation of successful teaching methodologies in dealing with student, coming from socially disadvantaged groups, with educational support needs or with high abilities. - Knowledge and updating in the use of ICT resources for dealing with these students and with multilevel response groups - The adoption of motivating methodologies in the learning of common subjects with different levels in the same group and especially for attention to diversity.
