The CEP of Sevilla aims to promote teacher professional development and improve the quality of educational practice in schools. The CEP attends at about 300 educational centers distributed between the capital and neighboring towns. Our institution accompanies the centers in their self-assessment processes, preparation of improvement plans and training plans. The internationalization of the centers is one of the priority lines of the Ministry of Education in Andalusia educational programmes. It is for this reason, CEP boosts the internationalization of our schools and leads this consortium in order to facilitate Educational centers that have not infrastructure or resources to coordinate an Erasmus Project. The CEP leads the consortium with five schools located in geographical contexts with very low socioeconomic levels, environments with high unemployment, with a population at risk of social exclusion and with a high degree of school absenteeism. The project will have repercussions on the teaching staff, improving their teaching practice; on the technical trainers that help these teachers, on the participating institutions and, above all, on the students.
