- Improve the organizational aspects of the center and the teaching staff in project work. - Provide better support for students in their learning process through project work and other active methodologies. - Maintain the external European perspective with the participation of teachers in enriching professional experiences. - Reformulate teaching schedules to cover the needs of co-teaching and co-education in the classroom. - Promote and increase the hours of personalized attention to students inside and outside the classroom. - Restructure the spaces in which we work with students to find a way to focus this attention. - Involve families and students in a more personalized way in the learning process.
We requested this project to improve our knowledge of the personalization of learning. In recent years there has been an extensive process of innovation at the school, and we want to continue to evolve in an innovative way. We firmly believe that opening up to a European network of schools can help our organization and teachers to grow professionally. The school has created a leadership team or main team that is in charge of organizing the transfer of knowledge, as well as creating activities in the classroom at all educational stages. Our purpose is to offer the organizational tools so that the teachers involved in the mobility project can work in the same way to carry out the changes that we want to achieve thanks to this project. The educational paradigm shift is global and the need we have to learn and share would be much more powerful if we learn about experiences from other realities that can serve as a source of inspiration. We believe in the need to prepare our teachers to offer our students the best educational experience possible. We must create opportunities for professional development while being able to be professional role models for our students.
