The MAIN OBJECTIVE has been to provide a school open to Europe, with effective management that uses the most up-to-date tools and methodologies. We have focused on improving the quality of education and increasing student motivation, equipping them with the necessary skills for their future. This objective is broken down into: A) INTERNATIONALISATION IN SECONDARY EDUCATION: Consolidating our European dimension, establishing/reinforcing connections with other schools to share experiences; and participating in various European initiatives. B) INNOVATION AND METHODOLOGICAL RENEWAL: Enhancing the teachers’ competences and creating a resource bank with reports/materials from each mobility available to the faculty. This fosters the implementation of new methodologies, as well as the integration of new technologies in teaching and learning activities, teamwork, and cooperative learning, positively impacting student motivation. C) IMPROVING THE ENVIRONMENT AND STRENGTHENING SCHOOL COMMUNITY TIES: With an emphasis on addressing bullying, promoting a positive coexistence environment within the school, involving families, and raising awareness among students and the school community about the importance of respecting the environment.
We applied for this project with the aim of advancing in our internationalisation strategy and expanding our initiatives in the field of school education. Despite our extensive experience in vocational training, we have been seeking to expand our network of partners in Europe to establish new connections and strengthen existing ones. This has allowed us to build strong relationships in the short, medium, and long term, which are essential to achieve the goals outlined in our European Development Plan (EDP). Within this project, several mobilities have been proposed with the aim of enriching the teaching practice of our teaching staff and providing training in areas identified as priorities in our previous diagnosis. These areas include internationalisation, innovation and methodological renewal, as well as the improvement and strengthening of ties within the school community. Furthermore, this plan has focused on improving the quality of teaching and increasing student motivation, with the objective that when they finish their studies, they will have the necessary skills to communicate effectively (including in different languages) and pursue higher education.
