In relation to our teaching practice we want to improve our teaching and learning process in our school. We want to reduce the number of students who leave school before finishing the compulsory stage without a degree. We want to share other ways of education in other countries through what we have learned from other European participants in our mobility training. Regarding our students, they will learn about education in other countries and will have the social feeling of belonging to a bigger world full of diversity. We believe that they will be motivated to attend the center and help to break the stereotypes imposed in our neighborhood. They will also improve their linguistic competence in Foreign Language. And in relation to the opening and internationalization of our school we wanted to establish relationships with other schools in order to implement stable collaborations in the medium and long term. We also wanted to know the vision and way of organization of other schools in Europe and learn from their way of facing our biggest problems which are school failure and early dropout.
