As our project title is "A look at models of inclusion and European democraticc coexistence in other contexts" we have applied for this project in base of our school needs in order to improve different aspects related to, not only the teaching practice and inclusion,but also to the integration of the school in its context. The chosen activity was jobshadowing in two different schools, one in Poland and the other one in Sweden. We knew that these twoschools were ideal to get our objectives.
