IES MARE NOSTRUM continues with the transformation process in a dynamic and committed European environment, progressing in the development of the open center program, with the guarantee of having better preparations and infrastructure open to other European institutions, forming stable mixed work teams where students and teachers are directly involved, integrating good practices and new methods. We request this project to continue improving the skills of our professionals with training courses on inclusion, equity, new methodologies, and/or new educational spaces and their impact on improving learning and reducing early dropout. We also want to improve the coordination of activities and the internal dissemination of staff mobility, to attract more participants in Erasmus+ projects given the great interest we perceive among teachers, students, and families. Our center needs to facilitate the inclusion of students, promote equal opportunities and promote quality studies. We requested it so that the training would result in an improvement in the quality of teaching for students and the entire educational community.
