Objectives

Teachers have been, over the years, constant promoters of innovation in our schools. However, when considering the integration of ICT, we understand that only when teachers have the necessary methodology, experience and pedagogical knowledge do they provide the desired results in the learning process. the necessary methodology, experience and pedagogical knowledge to provide the desired results in the learning process. The project seeks to transform, modernise and internationalise education in our teaching practice through real tasks that enable students to acquire knowledge, skills and attitudes. Teacher training is always necessary, as it is a critical factor in the quality of teaching. This year we have had many changes in the teaching staff, so it is necessary to deepen and complete teacher training, as our plan is to adopting the latest developments and training resources and integrating them into the students' curriculum (problem-based learning, application of the scientific method to different subjects, virtual reality, 3D printers, robotics, computational thinking, etc.). We have carried out a training needs analysis and we believe that it is necessary to train more teachers in English in order to expand the CLIL offer and we also consider it interesting to participate in observational learning activities in an innovative centre. Our project aims to offer students a quality education based on the integration of new ways of improving the teaching and learning processes in the curriculum.
