The goals that we established for this project were the following: Increasing the number of teachers participating in international training activities. Improving the school organization and coexistence. Promoting a change in methodology towards competence-based teaching and learning. Increasing students’ motivation in order to prevent early school dropout and to promote educational excellence.
Our school has been participating in international projects for more than two decades. Whereas most of our efforts are focused on short-term and long-term mobilities of students, we also consider that it is essential that our staff should receive training in foreign languages and new methodologies at international level. Both goals can be achieved by participating in courses and, especially, by observing other colleagues who teach in schools across Europe.
