New technologies (ICT) and their development are the order of the day in school teaching, which is why the educational community needs to prepare to incorporate these technologies into the development of their classes. From a very early age, children integrate technologies in the development of their daily lives, teachers must know their functioning to be prepared and not feel outdated in the face of their students' knowledge. The high number of teachers, more than 30, necessary to serve the almost 350 students, linked to the constant renewal of teachers, generates the need to train these new teachers to integrate them into the methodology of the center's educational system. This candidacy has contributed to improving the quality of teaching at the school, through the carrying out different courses and training through observational learning in various centers, which seeks to train teachers to integrate ICT tools and other innovative strategies in their teaching strategies. At the same time, carrying out immersion activities, through the exchange of experiences and good practices with professional colleagues from other European countries, aims for teachers to learn about different educational practices in different countries. It is worth highlighting the importance of learning foreign languages, training that is directly related to the improvement of students' skills, who will benefit from the participation of their teachers in these training activities. The ultimate goal of the school is to offer its students a multidisciplinary education, complete and adapted to the needs of today's society during their basic training stage.
The La Inmaculada Plurilingual Center, with the aim of improving the quality of the teaching of its teachers, proposes continuity in the line of improvement begun years ago with the presentation of its first European Development Plan (PDE). This aims to update, improve and deepen professional knowledge and skills for the entire educational community. It is a center with more than 100 years of history and, since 2005, it has been coordinated by a cooperative of teachers, all of them with a great vocation towards the educational field. This cooperative, since its foundation, has followed a clear strategy, focused on the internationalization of the center. For this reason, this project has been requested, now completed, through which all the requested mobilities have been carried out.
