The objectives that we have intended to achieve with this project have been the following: 1. Attend to the educational needs detected in our educational center focused on achieving an improvement in educational quality through teacher training. 2. Incorporate our educational center in the realization of European projects through Erasmus + increasing the motivation of our teachers through training mobilities in their different dimensions. 3. Acquire methodological proposals that improve the teaching-learning process and discover new forms of center management based on countries with high standards of educational quality. 4. Implement the knowledge acquired in our educational center, focusing on the bilingual (English) teaching program, improving the teaching-learning process and academic results through new methodological proposals and through improvement in the management of our educational center. . 5. Get contacts with partners to achieve future cooperative alliances and be able to develop new educational projects.
The inclusion of the IES Hernán Pérez del Pulgar in a teacher training project through Erasmus + responds to the need for a methodological update that, as teachers, we consider a key factor for improving the teaching-learning process of our students. This methodological improvement will allow an academic training more in line with the needs of a society that demands comprehensive linguistic competence as a means of communication within and outside the framework of the European Union. In addition, the possibility of carrying out training through linguistic immersion will improve the skills of our DNL and English teachers, as well as encourage their promotion towards the acquisition of C1 and C2 levels. Not only teacher training has been identified as a detected need to improve the educational quality offered, but also the management of the center is another pillar on which a quality education must be built that allows to be efficient in solving problems, in the development of the work of the center, in offering a motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and in facilitating the approach of the environment to the educational center.
