The CPR of the Region of Murcia is the educational administration body for the permanent training of teachers at pre-university levels. Among the functions of the CPR we highlight: a) detection of training needs;b) design of the annual Training Plan within the three-year Training Plan; c) design, monitoring and evaluation of training activities; d) advice; resource management; e)Dissemination and coordination of educational programs promoted by the Ministry;f) promotion of the development and dissemination of international programs and Innovation and educational research. Therefore, our consortium wants to meet the needs of 4 Primary schools and 4 Secondary schools interested in improving educational quality, by combining learning with social commitment, through the design, planning and implementation of Learning _Services (Aps) . The Aps is a methodology in which the students, or the teacher, depending on the ages, identify a need or an aspect that can be improved in their environment, in their community, and plan, organize and develop solidarity projects with which skills are developed, social attitudes and values. In this way, and to help the needs of the centers, and knowing that by themselves, many of these centers cannot assume the presentation of an application for a European program, nor its management. We have proceeded to make a selection of centers that have received training in Project-Based Learning (PBL), through the training modalities: Training Plan in Centers, Plan for the improvement of Educational Quality (PAMCE), Educational Innovation Projects and Innovation Communities. In summary ,the "SOCIAL EDUCATION IN A DIGITALIZED ERA" project has covered the main needs and objectives of the organizations that make up the national mobility consortium in the field of cooperation and school mobility.
