1. Methodological and didactic skills. - Broaden our horizons by Europeanizing methodological and didactic training. - Learn and put into practice innovative methodologies provided by experts. - Enhance teaching-learning strategies with digital classrooms and Classroom of the Future models. 2. CLIL training. - Improve CLIL training in our multilingual Secondary Education programs. - Update competence in foreign languages in real contexts of linguistic immersion. - Acquire new strategies in language teaching with collaborative projects of eTwinning centers. 3. ICT training and digital innovation. - Encourage the adoption of a proactive role by teachers in the management of ICT. - Promote the improvement of teaching digital competence to stimulate educational innovation. 4. Scientific training: - Promote the STEAM approach as an interdisciplinary stimulus for scientific, artistic and technological education. 5. Good practices in school management. - Observing how other educational centers that have implemented collaborative digital classrooms are managed. - Comparing realities and exchanging good practices on the management of European centers
In relation to our strategic plan and our School Educational Project, our strategic lines of action are to be a center of reference, quality and innovation, apart from fostering the European dimension of education. In this context, this project was requested to achieve our objectives of continuous improvement, innovation and internationalization. Therefore, a preliminary needs analysis was carried out for this purpose to improve our organization. These needs were taken into account, so as to set a series of objectives to be reached that are shown in the following section. In this sense, it is necessary to learn from others, watch how they work and take training courses that will allow us to improve and implement this improvement in our educational center. This could be included in our curricular programs, didactic programming and educational practices in order to improve our teaching and learning processes. We want to focus ourselves to improve in two areas, which are: * Academic area (teaching/learning): teaching practice, methodologies, planning, tools, pedagogy, didactics and content. * Management area: school organization, plans and programmes, resources, innovation and methods and open center activities.
