DEVELOP CREATIVITY AND ENCOURAGE PROJECT-BASED LEARNING: Our challenge is to find a school that acts, changes, grows and develops attentive to the present so that our students learn to live in a European context, narrate their identity, discover the world and transform it. IMPROVE SOCIAL INCLUSION: This objective is a concern that has always been present, but now it is real with the students with disabilities that our center receives and to which we have to give an answer. Therefore, we intended to discover new ways to encourage and integrate all our students equally while respecting their individual limitations and characteristics. PREVENT EARLY SCHOOL LEAVING: Improving this aspect in the students of the center is a challenge in our current reality, we want to work towards a better future with more active methodologies, offering an educational space to all according to their needs and developing at all times their creativity.
Within the process of teacher training, pedagogical innovation and methodology, we consider it necessary to be in contact with other educational realities in European contexts and continue to improve since our first Erasmus + in 2016. Extend the European dimension beyond student exchanges and visits to European centres through Erasmus (job shadowing). Therefore, there is a clear need to lead and materialize all this baggage in a concrete project at European level with the aim of broadening the sights of our students, Europeanizing them and opening them to their continent. Hence our need for the possibilities and enrichment that a European project can bring to our institution. It is intended to strengthen the European identity of students as European citizens, who learn to value our civilization as well as their environment and at the same time are not alien to the different realities presented by the member states. It is necessary to include the European dimension in our center, that is why one of our objectives is social inclusion, we want to welcome all our students with their characteristics, peculiarities and special needs.
