Improve the educational quality of our center. Continue with the internalization of the school and create inclusive work networks and future collaborations. Know other systems, organization and work methodologies with students with educational needs in different countries. Take advantage of mobility to raise awareness of the problems of people with special needs in the educational community, the immediate social context and the administration. Promote the inclusion and capabilities of all people without exception. Understand and transmit that special education is a resource for the improvement of students with disabilities. Improve communicative competence in English and the language of the host country. Multilingualism. Improvement of the curricular competence of teachers. Implement in our students all the knowledge acquired, thus benefiting from these mobilities.
This project has been requested based on the needs detected in our SWOT and collected as objectives in our European Development Plan. From our center we are very interested in knowing in detail how teaching in special educational needs unfolds in other countries. We are concerned about knowing if the work has quality, and if we follow the same lines and our principles of inclusion, types of methodology, resources used, etc. with the aim that our educational task is better every day and we are in constant evolution and progress for our special education center. Therefore, the request for this learning by observation has been based on this concept that we find so important, so that it can go along that way, since the existing globality allows extrapolating and generalizing contexts and teachings. Another of our great objectives is to improve communicative competence in other languages. In this case, we request the course in English, as it is one of our handicaps, but Portuguese and French are also in our objectives, since both countries they are our preferred to their proximity for students' mobilities .
