Objectives

Our educational community has begun to experience the advantages of opening our center to Europe with collaborative work, which is why we are forced to improve our cognitive, communication, personal and professional management, social relationship, and learning strategies skills. In short, "promote and awareness and assumption of consequences of being and knowing ourselves, European citizens." Expand the center and our educational community to Europe through the processes of internalization of student education and permanent teacher training. Know methodologies for learning English in different contexts to improve our results. Learn about innovative ICT methodologies and other inclusive and globalizing strategies to attend to the different abilities of students. Provide the Management Team with the training and tools necessary for the implementation, dissemination, management and execution of Erasmus projects. Facilitate the access of our teachers to the B1 certification of English. Promote and strengthen attitudes in all sectors of our educational community aimed at valuing the initiatives of opening our center to Europe.

Background

We started with Erasmus projects in 2016. Based on the experiences lived, throughout this time needs for improvement have arisen. Thus, in 2020, we decided to generate a training project for teachers that, given the characteristics of our center, make up the fundamental axis of our educational intention contained in our Educational Project. These needs were: to learn more about the management of Erasmus Project initiatives; establish contact with other European institutions with which to share and design new experiences based on the opening of our educational communities to the European Community. On the other hand, it is essential to improve the linguistic competence in English of our teachers, giving them the opportunity to improve communication in this language in educational contexts, essential for the development of new initiatives in Erasmus. Also the strengthening of the Management Team to continue with the improvement of our educational offer based on the inclusion of students through pedagogies in natural environments and discovery and use of the individual capacities of each student, especially those with the highest capacity.
