1. Motivate our students to be an active part of their learning process. Attention to diversity. 2.Reduce school dropout rates. 3. Improve classroom environment, preventing conflict situations. 4. Pedagogical innovation of teachers, with a direct implementation in the classroom. 5. English skills improvement for students and teachers. 6.Promote international partnerships within the European framework to improve the future prospects of our students.
We detect some needs in the daily working at our secondary school. We assess to tackle them in an international working frame. That's why we choose to create this Erasmus project. We focus our task on these specific needs: 1. Discouragement of our students, in general terms. 2. High dropout rate. 3. Conflicts in the classrooms. 4. Obsolete teaching, learning and evaluation methodologies. 5. Low foreign language skills (in students, but also in teachers). 6. Risk of marginalization and few future prospects in our pupils.
