- To give teachers the opportunity to participate in stimulating international professional development opportunities that have a direct impact on the improvement of their professional skills. To empower teachers, exploring new tools and teaching methods, analyzing and sharing good educational practices in the European space, to promote methodological changes that have a direct impact on the quality of the teaching and learning process in our school. - Reflect, review, and learn about new inclusion policies, as well as new strategies and educational measures for the attention to students with specific educational support needs. - Improve the linguistic communication skills of all faculty and the methodologies used by teachers in the instruction of second languages, to further develop the European programs launched and expand the current offer of bilingual courses in the coming years, to soon cease to be the only school in the area that is not multilingual.
We felt the need to not fall behind, to seek professional development opportunities for teachers and solutions for the new educational challenges we were facing. We want to train teachers through the exchange of experiences of good practices and the creation of courses that allow them to improve their linguistic competence along with that of the students, also with a view to their subsequent participation in more international projects. We seek to promote innovative and inclusive educational proposals in our school and to invest in improving the quality of our teachers and teaching, through lifelong learning and observation of the work done in other institutions. Allowing our school's faculty to participate in international professional development opportunities is an excellent way to stimulate the educational team. These mobility activities allow faculty to acquire new teaching and learning tools and methods, as well as to explore a range of teaching and educational practices from across Europe.
