The objectives that were intended to be achieved by the teaching staff: - Develop and innovate methodological strategies for Elementary Education. - Update resources and teaching materials to promote comprehensive education. - Promote the motivation of teachers by incorporating the European dimension into their teaching. - Incorporate organizational and methodological aspects of European centers that share the same teachings and concerns as us to harmonize the educational criteria of different countries of the European Union. - Promote the development of educational experiences that promote intercultural musical exchange. The objectives to be achieved or that would have an impact on the students are the following: - Motivate the students of the last year of Elementary Education. - Improve involvement in collective instrument classes. - Develop interest in the activities organized by the Conservatory. - Promote the importance of rehearsals with the accompanying pianist.
This project has been requested after detecting the following needs: a) increase motivation among Elementary School students (especially Wind Wood) and b) seek methodological strategies that help stimulate this increase. With its realization it is intended to improve in the following areas: In the student body: Lack of motivation in the last year of Elementary Education. Lack of involvement in collective instrument classes. Lack of interest and lack of involvement in the activities organized by the Conservatory. Insufficient importance to rehearsals with the accompanying pianist. On the faculty: Need to innovate methodological strategies in Elementary Education.
