To improve, as far as possible, the school process of internationalization and mobilize many more teachers from our organization so that the teachers’ multilinguistic competence improves and to make them shift towards those types of international projects for the future. We had already been partners in other Erasmus projects or it had been a spontaneous process with some exchanges or short trips abroad without having the SEPIE’s services or developed by the Erasmus PLUS projects. To look for possible solutions with regard to the weaknesses in the school management through job shadowing in other efficient institutions. Therefore, we have implemented new models which are much more adequate and appropriate in our organization in line with modern times. To monitor strategies for improvement about the school atmosphere in other organizations in Europe and to try to implement an atmosphere of respect and well-being in our school so that the educative community can find attractive to work daily in our school.
The idea is to continue with the process of internationalization which had been initiated in our high school. This project was a spontaneous project many years ago and thanks to this type of actions. It was based on a previous study about necessities so a questionnaire in which some weaknesses were detected was used. On the one hand, there were few teachers interested in the process of internationalization but it is relevant to mention that the ones who were interested were highly involved in it. On the other hand, some gaps were detected as regards the linguistic formation in foreign languages among the teaching staff. The teachers involved in drafting the project decided to include as many teachers as possible and that is the reason why several formation courses about different foreign languages were applied for so that the teaching staff could have a multilinguistic enhancement. Finally, within the same questionnaire, some other necessities were detected such as to acquire new strategies as regards the school management as well as to create a better atmosphere among the school staff, which was not that bad but it can always be improved. It was implemented through the job shadowing of similar models in the European Union.
