1. Provide the teachers with the necessary skills to manage our school in the most efficient way, following models and strategies of proven successful European schools. 2. Improve the design of our didactic lessons and our methodology, so that our students can be the key piece in the process of their own learning, from self-knowledge and the development of their personal strengths and skills 3. Improve the development of our bilingual project, both at the level of human resources organization, as well as linguistic competence and in the optimal application of the Project-Based Learning methodology and the CLIL methodology 4. Involve the entire educational community in this experience so that all its members can enjoy this project at a cultural level. 5. Continue establishing connections with other educational institutions in Europe with which to share projects within the framework of European collaboration that benefit our students and allow them to have real experiences as European citizens.
This project emerges mainly because of three needs: 1. Need of efficient management in our center at an organizational level 2. Need of learning about "Project-Based Learning" methodology for its application at a global level 3. Need of a better development of our bilingual project in organizational and methodological terms A form was passed out to all the teachers to identify the aspects that could be improved in our school and most of the teachers agreed that modernization and improvement of teaching was necessary. In addition, many teachers were aware that each one was beginning to use their own methodology when teaching subjects in English and we did not follow a common method, which, far from benefiting our students, harmed the teaching-learning process. We also wanted to continue improving the level of English of our teachers, and we wanted to establish contacts at European level with schools that work with PBL. All this, added to the good experience we had with other previous Erasmus+ projects, made us put everything together and give shape to this project that concerns us today.
