After carrying out several Erasmus projects based on the observation of new methodologies, the resulting implementation of the same in order to adapt the teaching-learning process to current students and based on the circumstances of the same in our center, the school thought in the possibility of creating their own methodological approach based on the uniqueness of each of our students and not in generality, regardless of whether the common methodology was suitable for all. The center pursues the total inclusion of the student body, and for this it intends to create its own approach, since it believes that the generic does not always attend to each of the specific circumstances of the student body and, therefore, is exclusive. The center understands that the more concrete the educational approach, the more inclusive it will be.
Nuestra Señora del Valle school, previously holding a meeting in order to detect the needs that occur in the center and taking into account that it is immersed in its own educational project ("The Change"), which means the process of walking towards new methodologies in order to obtain the one that best suits our casuistry as far as the educational community is concerned, has considered the possibility of gradually adopting a Our own educational approach that, as its name indicates, adjusts to our student profile in such a way that it allows us to minimize dropout in some subjects or the failure of our students in some areas, the main purpose of the beginning of our journey in the Erasmus program several years ago. To this end, it has been considered necessary to observe other already consolidated approaches that allow us to know what the steps are and what path to follow for the implementation of our own approach.
