The objectives pursued were: to establish and give continuity to the alliances initiated with the European partner centres of the project, in order to promote the mobility of teachers; to promote our multilingual project at the centre, highlighting the importance of improving the language skills of students and teachers in the educational community. With regard to educational innovation, the objectives were related to approaches (CLIL, communicative, intercultural), methodologies and resources; to learn first-hand about other educational experiences, in order to contrast the way our school works and integrate improvements. With regard to sustainability and the SDGs, to establish strategies to promote their integration into our daily work. In reference to learning spaces, we sought to observe in situ the realities of other centres in order to study a posteriori the improvements that we could implement in our centre. With regard to inclusive education, we wanted to learn about and analyze the educational support measures applied in the host countries. Finally, to learn about the way other centres work in terms of communication with families and internal communication.
With this project our school has sought to cover some of the specific needs required to achieve different goals set out in our strategic plan, and to address the main areas of improvement around four axes of the same: internationalisation, educational innovation, efficiency and organisational capacities. Through the professional observation mobilities, a joint work of international cooperation with other European educational centres has been developed, which has contributed to the achievement of the objectives set. These objectives were established following a needs analysis in which both the educational community and the educational requirements at national and European level were taken into account. This needs analysis showed a clear interest on the part of teachers in improving their language skills, the use of CLIL methodology in the classroom, learning new methodological strategies, learning about other teaching models and tools (including ICT), learning about new innovative and sustainable educational learning spaces, and learning about and implementing actions in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
