The main objective of being part of a European project such as ERASMUS+ is to improve our School Plan for our pupils and to be able to develop new lines of action aimed at improving the teaching practice of the teaching staff, where innovation in teaching and learning methods, multilingualism and the management of diversity in the classroom allow us to offer the educational community a school project with a European vision. We believe that, nowadays, it is essential for any school to integrate programmes where both its students and teaching staff can be trained in an international context and acquire skills and knowledge that will benefit them not only in their development, but will also be aimed at providing educational solutions with a European dimension. Specific training in structured courses and learning with Job Shadowing in other schools allow us to learn, share and build, together with other European teachers, enriching experiences to grow in teaching and make it more attractive to students, preventing lack of interest in studying, and school failure.
