For our school, it is a great challenge to learn how the key competencies of the 21st century could be taught to our students. Therefore, we wanted to learn about: - Organization and methodology in the bilingual project of other countries. - Application of digital resources in education. - Adoption of pedagogical and technological innovations. - Inclusion of students with special needs. - Teaching key skills. - Different educational systems in Europe. - International collaboration. - Best practices of European schools. - Learn in real situations in classrooms of different schools with good references. In our center we express the desire for: - Ensure the quality of the projects and link them to the curriculum. - Stimulate the rationalization of curricular elements with an innovative orientation. - Communicate and collaborate with partners from different parts of Europe to keep up with the progress that we want to achieve in our Bilingual Project.
We have selected a training course in Finland, where the educational system is one of the best in the world, and also in Estonia, the most digitized country in the world. This training is adjusted to our needs and includes activities related to school innovation, including new technologies, internationalization and school collaboration, educational leadership and class management. In this structured training, support and integration systems for students with special needs have also been discussed, which we consider very useful, since our center is preferential for students with special needs.
