Our purpose has been to maintain a trajectory over the years, contributing to the objectives of our center's educational project, such as improving the educational quality of our students, through an improvement in their linguistic competence, mainly due to the mobilities they carry out, promoting their employability both nationally and internationally, developing professional skills in vocational training students thanks to the training stays they carry out in different countries. In addition, we consider that it is of great interest to us to promote the internalization of our teachings, in such a way that we have encouraged both student and teacher travel in order to achieve this objective. Finally, another of our objectives has been to generate students adapted to the current highly globalized market, trying to achieve a facet of multiculturalism in all of them.
Our center, the IES UNIVERSIDAD LABORAL, is a Secondary Education Institute that firmly believes in projects that improve the internalization of our teachings and improve their quality, for this reason we strive each year to improve and expand our educational offer and of course in the sum of bilingual programs that each year increase in our Professional Training, already encompassing three cycles of higher degree of the Family of Hospitality and Tourism and one of higher degree of the Family of Electronics. Our experience in the Erasmus+ programs began in 2009 with higher education since 2016 with Professional Training. We also participated as a partner in a KA 219 (2015-2017) and we also carried out a KA 101 (2015-2017) for teachers. In addition, we were granted the ECHE Charter and the VET Charter and in the following courses we will continue with them. Erasmus Vocational Training projects give a great opportunity to those students with less possibilities, they allow them to improve their language skills, their employability and their motivation. In addition, our staff can learn about other educational systems, as well as learn about the business fabric, adapting our teachings and thus better train our students.
