Background

I.E.S. Emilio Canalejo Olmeda was founded in 1968 and, in addition to providing education to the town of Montilla, has played an important role at regional level, serving students from all over the geography of the Southern Countryside of Cordoba. Thanks to its prestigious specialities and its history of high employment, it also attracts students from other regions far from our city, who successfully complete their studies and spread the good name of our Centre. This project has been addressed to students for internships in companies, with the aim of strengthening the cooperation with other European organisations, initiated in the previous projects, and to continue and further develop this collaboration in a lasting and sustainable way. This cooperation has allowed us to create a framework in which to exchange experiences and good practices, to generate ideas, to enrich each other and to validate competences and qualifications, thus enhancing the European presence and dimension of our centre and offering possibilities of development in many dimensions and aspects to our students and teaching staff.
