The objective of the mobilities is always to improve the different professional skills of both students and teachers to achieve a better curriculum in terms of employment and offer them better opportunities in professional life. On the other hand, it should be noted that each European company seeks international candidates to improve their employability, which also means learning about new cultures and ways of working, which internationalizes and educates students to achieve a more globalized society. All this will improve the culture, knowledge, new ways of working, languages, etc. In short, a socialization of community people. In addition, the fact of carrying out these projects gives opportunities to those people who for economic reasons cannot afford the best in all these professional and social achievements, so it is a unique opportunity that must be taken advantage of to improve and generate a more equal society in all aspects.
This project was requested for the creation of opportunities at an international level so that our students could acquire new qualities to add to their lives such as: integration, cooperation and promotion of new skills in a foreign language, autonomy, ability to work in a team, adaptation to new cultures and the possibility of operating and solving problems. All this means an improvement in their lives and job opportunities and integration into other cultures that demand qualified young people or at a national level for those companies that value this training. On the other hand, we request this project so that our institution generates a desire for internationalization, and the teaching staff can get involved and integrate to improve their linguistic competence in a foreign language. In addition, from our institution we believe that the acquisition of these skills by teachers improves the ability to transmit knowledge and concepts so that our students acquire the previously detailed knowledge.
