Objectives

Through this project we aimed to achieve a series of specific objectives in three main areas of activity of CMUS Vigo: -International inter-institutional relations: to carry out mobilities of teaching staff for job shadowing activities in counterpart centers, to lay the foundations for establishing lasting inter-institutional collaboration frameworks that would allow other future projects and to develop the necessary management skills and gain experience to continue the internationalization process with future projects that are more complex and heterogeneous in terms of participants. -Teaching-learning processes: to improve the linguistic competence of the teaching staff, to get in touch with other techniques and instrumental schools and to get to know other methodologies used in European peer centers and examples of good practices subsequently applicable to our center, in addition to promoting experiences of professional and personal enrichment and fostering the motivation and involvement of the teaching staff. -Management: to learn about other management systems of peer centers at different levels, as well as other European music curricula.
