Once we detected the needs that our school presented, we considered that our participation in Erasmus+ was going to become an essential and very valuable tool to help us achieve our goals. Among them, we highlighted the need to improve linguistic competence in a second language for teachers and students; to get to know new labour markets and business initiatives in Europe and to transmit the entrepreneurial culture to students, as well as to offer them a work experience that would favour their labour insertion; for our teachers, we sought to establish collaboration agreements with counterpart educational centres and companies in Europe, with the aim of strengthening our internationalisation strategy. This will help us to achieve a qualitative and quantitative leap in our European development plan. In short, with this call we aimed to encourage the mobility of students and vocational training staff in order to improve the quality of education, favour labour insertion and promote internationalisation.
The aim of this call is to promote the mobility of students and vocational training staff in order to improve their competences and skills in an international environment. The proposed actions aim to foster collaboration with educational centres and companies in Europe, to promote the internationalisation and labour insertion of students, as well as to improve the linguistic competence and the knowledge of other educational realities by the teaching staff.
