The main objective of the center in relation to the field of mobility and European cooperation was, in line with the Europe 2020 Strategy, to build solid foundations that support a weakened labor market after the great crisis of 2007. On these solid foundations we think we can contribute by training people who in the medium term can be considered professionals in the field of cooking. The fundamental objective when carrying out the project is that the students could acquire greater work, professional and educational experience at an international level that allows them to have a broader vision of companies and their clients in a totally globalized business world. Internships in companies allow them to add a competitive advantage to their curriculum vitae to access the labor and professional world in our country.
We requested this Erasmus+ project after years participating in consortiums coordinated by other educational centers in the province of Valencia. When requesting this project on our own, we wanted to directly manage everything related to the project in order to have greater freedom and be able to manage all the assigned scholarships ourselves.
