The following objectives were pursued with this project: Promote the mobility of students studying at the CFGM so that they obtain a complete and versatile training, making them competitive in their incorporation into the labor market; ,Promote equity and inclusion by facilitating access for students from disadvantaged backgrounds and with fewer opportunities than their peers; Shape a European identity, based on multiculturalism, promoting the learning of European languages; Getting our students to abandon the idea of living with their backs turned to Europe; since we are all Europe; Promote their entrepreneurship, personal autonomy and the assumption of responsibility in decision-making; Improve the quality, evaluation and training of our students and teachers, by learning other techniques in order to achieve a better future; Improve the image of the Center, widening its international dimension, and increasing the complicity and work with enthusiasm of the entire educational community; Encourage ESO students to graduate and continue training in FP; Extend the achievements obtained so that our center is integrated into the European educational reality also for VET students.
With the request for the project, we wanted our students to: Develop the skills to function in different environments; They will increase their language skills and their multiculturalism, thus improving their curriculum vitae and their chances of immediate access to the labor market; They achieved the acquisition of basic skills: communication in foreign languages, interpersonal, intercultural, civic skills and entrepreneurship. Likewise, we believe that other students would be encouraged and stimulated to take mid-level vocational training at our Center, also helping to reduce the dropout rate of our ESO students. We also request the project to favor the entire educational community, and more specifically our teachers. We need "up-to-date" teachers, capable of giving motivating master classes, and knowledgeable about student motivation techniques, so it will have to be maintained over time and thus be internalized by all members of the educational community. All this has led to an improvement in the educational quality of our organization, being a reference at the regional level when choosing a study center.
