IES La Rosaleda has a department of Internationalization and Cooperation for which the Center Plan establishes the following objectives: - Improve the employability of young people. - To promote the European dimension and internationalization. - Improve the personal, social and professional skills of our students and staff. - To increase the motivation of staff and students. - To favor inclusion and access to new opportunities for disadvantaged groups. These objectives can be developed into other secondary objectives: - Improve the professionalization of the professional fabric in our environment, regionally and internationally. - To improve linguistic competence. - Improve the enrollment ratio in our teachings. - To share good practices with the development of projects with European partners from which the educational community as a whole benefits and in which students and staff of the center participate. - To increase cross-border cooperation, making collaboration agreements with different companies and/or institutions of the countries participating in the program. - Work on cross-cutting issues such as sustainability and digitalization.
To be able to offer more opportunities to our Vocational Training students by being able to do the curricular module of Workplace Training abroad, improve European awareness, interculturality, language level and the quality of our teachings. This last aspect is achieved with the staff mobilities, in addition to those of students.
