Objectives

With this project we aimed to continue the objectives already set in previous calls for proposals: - To significantly improve the acquisition of language skills of the participants. - To provide work experience to the participating students, thus helping them to find a job. The implementation of the acquired knowledge and the learning of other mechanisms in the development of the tasks during the internship will help them to be able to offer better services and thus improve their chances of being hired. - To make students aware of the importance of training; the demands of the labour market require continuous improvement in training. - To help students' personal development and growth: they will be able to acquire the necessary maturity to develop their life projects. - We also seek the direct involvement of the teaching staff: thus contributing to improving the quality of our educational strategy.

Background

Erasmus+ has been a very effective tool for our organisation to achieve our goals. Thanks to the funding it provides, as well as the opportunities it offers, we are able to work in the right direction to help offer our educational community a very valuable technical and human training, which not only enables greater options in the labour market, but also improves their linguistic and social skills that enrich their preparation. Our school would be positively influenced by this participation thanks to the internationalisation strategy.
