With this project we intend to give greater employability to our students of Intermediate Training Cycles, through the completion of the Training module in Work Centers, in a European country.
Among the objectives of our organization in the field of mobility and European cooperation, it is worth highlighting: - Promote the fundamental values of the European Union, such as: respect for human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality and human rights. as well as the peace and well-being of its peoples. - Provide the necessary flexibility, skills and competencies to favor the mobility of participants in the European labor market. - Acquire and validate new personal and professional skills. - Improve language skills in the country of destination to increase their employability. - Promote inclusion in the labor market - To improve the insertion in the labor market of groups of special difficulty of insertion, such as young people who are looking for a first experience. - Learn about the work culture of European companies and promote group work. - Develop innovative ideas that can be applied in our locality.
