Objectives

The objectives that we as a centre set out to achieve during the implementation of this project were the following: - To increase the interest of the students and teaching staff of our CFGM to participate and/or carry out the FCT with the Erasmus+ programme - To consolidate a good practice programme that promotes collaboration between educational centres and companies at European level, and that provokes new actions in the field of Erasmus+. - Consolidate a programme of good practices where collaboration between educational centres and companies is promoted at European level, and which will lead to new actions within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme. - Significantly improve the linguistic competence of our community in a second language. - To increase and support the participation in the programme of students who are economically, socially and/or culturally disadvantaged, as an essential measure to improve the training and therefore the employability of this type of students - greater inclusion / greater cohesion. It should be recognised that the Erasmus+ project would allow us to establish partnerships and collaborations with other schools in different countries, which would give us the opportunity to exchange ideas, knowledge and good practices. This would help to enrich our school curriculum and broaden our educational perspectives. By participating in an Erasmus+ project, we would also be strengthening the European dimension of our institution, fostering active citizenship and a sense of belonging to a wider community. This is especially important in an increasingly globalised world, where it is necessary for young people to develop an open and multicultural mindset. In short, we believe that the Erasmus+ project always provides us with the opportunity to improve our education, both for students and teachers, through collaboration, exchange and participation in an international environment.

Background

With this project, we seek to improve the quality of teaching and learning in our school, giving our students the opportunity to live experiences abroad, interact with people from different cultures and develop key skills and competences for their future working life. The Erasmus+ programme has allowed us to establish partnerships with educational institutions in other European Union countries, which will open new doors and opportunities for our students. Through exchanges and mobilities, our students will be able to improve their language skills, develop socio-emotional competences, acquire knowledge in different areas and broaden their cultural horizons. We also believe that this project will allow us to train our teaching staff and management team, giving them the opportunity to participate in training programmes abroad and to learn new teaching and learning methodologies. In this way, we will contribute to We were also looking to improve the academic performance of our students, encourage their continuity in the education system, strengthen our bilingual project, promote the entrepreneurial spirit and professional preparation of our students, as well as enhance the internationalisation of our school. We are convinced that this project will bring significant benefits to our educational community and to the personal and professional development of our students.
