VET teachers must be prepared to be able to offer their students a training adapted to the needs of the labour market. This requires constant updating, especially in a globalised world where professional mobility is one of the characteristics of an increasingly international labour market. After a study of teacher training needs, it was concluded that it would be desirable to enable actions aimed at: -Improving knowledge of other European education systems: how VET works, relations between education centre-company, professional profiles. -Knowing the production system of other European countries and the demands of the labour market. -To work together to expand, strengthen and consolidate European knowledge networks that allow them to work actively and in the long term with European companies and VET institutes. Better knowledge of the application of evaluation and recognition systems for non-formal and informal learning. -Better understanding and responsiveness to social, linguistic and cultural diversity.
