- Consolidate the internal organizational structure of the center in order to guarantee the continuity of European projects. - Include medium-level training cycles in internationalization. - Extend the periods of observation or job shadowing for professional training personnel in companies in the sector or in similar centers. - Include in the didactic programs of professional formation, the pedagogical experiences developed during the stays of the partners in our center. - Consolidate and expand the network of international cooperation of homologous centers creating mobilities based on exchange and inclusion in the classroom of the centers. - Promote the improvement of language skills, not only in English but also in the other languages that make up the European Union. - Establish mechanisms to assess the impact of student mobility in terms of multiculturalism, employability and the European dimension.
We request this project mainly with the aim of expanding our internationalization. We wanted to expand the network of European partners and expand the mobility offer with new educational levels, such as intermediate vocational training. Up to now we only had higher level projects, from this project we were able to extend the offer to intermediate level students of the Video DJ and sound training cycle. We also wanted to improve the quality of mobilities.
