OBJECTIVES in the medium and long term of our organization: - Involve the entire educational community: through dissemination such as the Project Logo contest for students in lower grades, or the information panels in the center's hall. - Increase the number of graduates in higher education. - Increase the employability of our students, thanks to training abroad. - Involve the faculty in all Erasmus activities. - Find training opportunities for students. - Look for training opportunities for teachers. - Reduce the school dropout rate. - Expand the dissemination of our European projects. - Expand the teachers' contact network - Expand the of students' contact network.
Because we have detected the following NEEDS in the area of internationalization: - We observe the need to know other methodologies to motivate students - All families and students should feel part of eMotion, even if they are too young to participate - Some students do not decide to continue studying higher grade, due to low future employability - The teachers are not fully involved in our project. Sometimes it is difficult for teachers to help the Erasmus commission with the selection of students (delivery of reports), and to get involved in teacher mobilities - There is a need to open the students' eyes, since in some cases, after 10 years of studying the instrument, they only have been taught by their teacher - We need teachers to know other pedagogical ways to motivate students and lower the dropout rate - By having to combine musical studies with high school, there is a percentage of school dropouts that we want to lower - Our projects do not reach the entire educational community - Students need other ways to study higher education, such as doing it abroad, looking for specific instrumental teachers
