The general objective of the project is to meet the teaching and learning needs of all participants in intermediate vocational training. The specific objectives are: To broaden the exchange of experiences between the educational center and companies for teachers and students in other EU countries 2. 2. To provide students with a real vision of Europe. 3. To know the labor market of the Health sector in the countries of the European Union. To provide the students with better professional possibilities in the labor market of the member countries. 5. To spread the European values of equality, integration, tolerance and respect for diversity as an added value of quality to the teaching-learning process throughout life. 6. To improve the linguistic capacity of teachers and students. 7. To share these experiences with the rest of the members of the educational community of the center itself and with other educational centers.
With the request of this project we intend to improve the following activities of our center: IES Albalat has been developing the Erasmus Higher Education project for years, which allows mobilities of teachers and students belonging to the CFGS. With this project we incorporate students of intermediate vocational training to the process of internationalization of the center. Professional competences of the student; the knowledge acquired by the students in the educational center is transferred to the productive environment of the company. Students internalize new knowledge that cannot be acquired in the educational environment because it requires specific conditions of real production in the company. Social and personal competences of the students; In many cases, middle grade students have never left their environment. This project will allow them to improve their self-confidence, their relationship with professionals and with people from other countries. The participating teachers will be able to observe the professional activities of the participating companies and will be able to adapt the teaching to the real productive activity. Students and teachers will be able to improve their language skills.
