Background

The IES l'Eliana is a state-school that teaches Secondary, Baccalaureate, and Intermediate and Higher Vocational Training of the branches of Sociocultural and Community Services, Commerce and Electricity. Our school has been developing Erasmus projects since 2016, initially aimed at improving teacher training. In the following years, new K102 and K103 projects were included with the aim of providing the opportunity to carry out their training practices to our Intermediate and Higher-Grade students. In addition, this same year of 2020 the option to participate in these mobilities was given to our students of Basic Vocational Training in Commerce for the first time. This was made possible due to the synergies created with our French partner, the Lycée Jean Baptiste d’Allard. Currently, the entire Educational Community can benefit from the Erasmus+ projects, which are a hallmark of the school, and especially for our Vocational Training programmes. Our commission of European Programmes is made by the principal of the school, an Erasmus Coordinator, two Vocational Training teachers and two secondary school teachers.
