1 -To give continuity to the mobilities offered, in previous calls, to students of the Intermediate Training Cycles of the Centers: Foundation of Professional Schools of the Sagrada Familia de Andújar, IES Nuestra Señora de la Cabeza and IES Jándula. 2.- Promote the internationalization of the training plans of the Vocational Training Centers of the Municipality (providing new teaching tools and new opportunities to the same Centers, their teachers and students). 3 – Increase the chances of insertion in the labor market of students of Intermediate Vocational Training. 4 – Increase the knowledge of a second language, within the target group 5 – Increase the acquisition of new skills by the participants that can subsequently have an impact on companies in the municipality and its surroundings 6 – Open the mind, improve the social skills of the participants and introduce them to new employment opportunities, outside their comfort zone (geographical mobility)
Ayuntamiento de Andújar l has a clear commitment to the internationalization of the educational centers of the municipality, the creation of new training opportunities for students of Intermediate Vocational Training and the promotion of the insertion in the labour market of a sector of the population, whose rate of unemployment is still very high. That is why this project was born, which had been preceded by TALENTUM and TALENTUM II and after which Ayuntamiento de Andújar has applied for a Consortium Accreditation, which was approved, and through which it will continue mobility programs for internships (KA121), until 2027.
