To achieve that our students have a perspective of Europe as a unique territory, where the civic coexistence among the inhabitants of all the countries of the Union is an example for the rest of the citizens of the world. -To offer the students a wider perspective of the labor market, offering them the possibility of knowing other labor realities outside our country, offering them a greater offer of jobs that favors their labor insertion. -In the case of students with the same characteristics, preference will be given to students with fewer resources and people with disabilities in order to mitigate social inequalities. -To ensure that our students improve their level of community languages, so that it is not a disadvantage but an opportunity to achieve professional success. -At the level of the School staff, to facilitate their training in the workplace and improve their linguistic competence.
We have requested this project to respond to the following needs: - Need for increased SELF-ESTEEM and personal valuation of the students. -Need for our students to have greater EMPLOYABILITY with real opportunities in the labor market. -Need to promote greater INCLUSION with the participation of students with special needs and those belonging to disadvantaged groups. In the case of our school, the most vulnerable group is the immigrant student body. -Need to enhance LANGUAGE LEARNING. -Need to expand the TECHNICAL-CIENTIFIC SKILLS, by doing an internship abroad, learning new work methodologies of each country. -Need to improve PERSONAL SKILLS, such as autonomy, initiative, problem solving, which are acquired when doing an internship abroad, and that brings with it a personal growth and maturation. -Need to improve CULTURAL SKILLS, allowing students to know, tolerate and respect other cultures, valuing the enrichment that cultural diversity entails.
