Background

The world is in a constant process of transformation. In this paradigm, society must adapt to changes in the best possible way, for this reason it has been talking for some time about what the philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre defined as a society in constant evolution, that is, a society made up of people who must be in constant training and recycling phases. Education, particularly Vocational Training in our case, plays a crucial role in training people in both technical skills and general skills for future jobs. By participating in this program, our students have the opportunity to immerse themselves in international contexts, interact with diverse cultures, and face challenging work and personal situations. These experiences give them a valuable set of intercultural skills, flexibility, adaptability and autonomy, essential in a globalized and constantly changing world of work. Erasmus+ drives learning beyond the classroom, allowing our students to develop as highly competent individuals prepared for the challenges of a dynamic and multicultural future.
