This program allows greater access to quality education abroad, new skills and future employment opportunities. Promotes social inclusion and breaks down educational barriers. It is a transformative experience that broadens perspectives and strengthens employability. In the first place, there is a need to expand training and adapt to the European system to train and achieve educational equity both with students and with the European education system and professionals. In turn, referring to the profile of the students who are mobilized, they are in a precarious economic situation that makes mobility on their own difficult and, therefore, aggravates the urgency of accessing the labor market. In addition, students present a deficit in social skills and personal skills, which are considered to be developed in group processes such as mobility. In short, mobilities are opportunities with numerous benefits for the participants.
